Research in our Laboratory

The Laboratory of Plant Taxonomy and Ecology conducts taxonomical and ecological research on non-vascularplants, including bryophytes, freshwater algae, lichens, fungi and cyanobacteria. The Department also maintains aresearch Herbarium (HIRO) which has an extensive Bryophyte collection.
